I'm also an approved supervisor for the Minnesota boards of Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, and Board of Behavioral Health. Oh, and let's not forget, I'm a Registered Play Therapist and Registered Play Therapist Supervisor. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Psychologist in Minnesota and Tennessee . I am advanced Trained by the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA) and hold advanced certifications in Autism, Play Therapy, and Neuropsychology.
Degrees and Learning stuff: Learning is my middle name! I earned my Master's degree at St Cloud State University and went on to conquer a PhD at Northcentral University. But wait.....there's more! I completed a Post Doctoral Re-specialization in Clinical neuropsychology at Fielding Graduate University. Hold on tight, because I'm also an Amen Method Certified Brain Health Coach, a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider, and a Neurofeedback Provider.
Teaching: I love sharing knowledge and empowering others. I've had the pleasure of leading conferences on children's mental health, neuropsychology, trauma, therapeutic techniques, early childhood mental health, and autism. And guess what? I've even served as Adjunct faculty at St. Cloud State University and Hamline University.
