Hi, I’m Mariah.
I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without pressure, judgment, or needing to have everything figured out. Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when you’re carrying anxiety, navigating relationship challenges, or working through past experiences that still feel present.
I provide therapy for individuals ages 5 and up, and have specialized experience working with children, families, and Veterans. I work with clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship tensions. Whether you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward, my goal is to help you better understand what you’re going through and find a path that feels meaningful and manageable.
My approach is an eclectic blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I tailor each session to you—balancing deeper emotional processing with practical tools you can use in your everyday life.
Above all, I aim to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and understood, because real change starts from there. I’d be honored to be part of your journey.
