Morgan Oehrlein

Welcome!  I'm Morgan, the sassiest Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor you'll ever meet! Armed with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University and a Bachelors degree in Community Psychology and Psychology from St. Cloud State University, I'm ready to rock the therapy world.

Certified in grief and loss therapy and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), I'm on a mission to help you conquer your demons and embrace the fabulousness that lies within you. Oh, and did I mention I'm working my way towards EMDR certification? Yeah, I'm constantly leveling up my skills to bring you the best of the best.

With a solid 18 years of experience in the mental health field, I've seen it all, honey. From in-home services to in-patient acute care, group homes to outpatient mental health, school-based mental health to targeted mental health case management—I've been there, done that, and got the therapy manual to prove it.

But enough about work, let's talk about my favorite thing—self-care! When I'm not kicking mental health stigma to the curb, you can find me rocking out at a live music concert.

When I'm not indulging in epic live performances, I'm all about spending quality time with my amazing husband and kids. We love soaking up the sun, splashing around in the water, and going on thrilling adventures. But don't be fooled—I'm not all about the action. I've got a secret nerdy side too. You'll often catch me buried in a captivating book, armed with a trusty notebook for jotting down all the brilliant ideas that come to mind. Oh, and did I mention I'm a cross-stitch queen? My fingers work magic with those tiny needles, and knitting is next on my list of conquests.

So, if you're ready to sass up your therapy game and embark on a transformative journey towards self-discovery, I'm your go-to gal. Together, we'll conquer your challenges, unleash your inner badass, and live life to the fullest. Let's show the world what you're made of!

Alyssa Nelson

Hey there! I’m Alyssa—a mental health therapist for kids, teens, young adults, and any grown-up who's still trying to figure things out (which, let’s be real, is most of us). I’m here to say: healing doesn’t have to feel like homework. Therapy with me is more like a playlist—part structured beats (hello, EMDR, ART, CBT, and play therapy), part freestyle dance party (cue the awkward jokes, real talk, and deep sighs of relief), and most importantly, an open heart—because sometimes laughter really is the best co-therapist.

I specialize in untangling the messy stuff: anxiety, ADHD, trauma, identity struggles, and the beautiful chaos of growing up. I meet you right where you’re at—whether that’s in a puddle of feelings, bouncing off the walls, or just trying to figure out how to be human without losing your mind.

My vibe? Real, warm, and a little weird (in a good way). I blend science-backed strategies with humor, music, and genuine connection—because therapy should feel like something you look forward to, not dread. My approach is modern, creative, and deeply human, because I know therapy works best when it feels real—not rigid.

Credentials-wise, I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology from Bemidji State and my Master’s in Counseling Education from the University of Minnesota. Life-wise, I’m a new mom who’s probably misplaced her phone again, a sucker for sweet snacks, and a firm believer that even the hardest moments can teach us something meaningful (usually after a few deep breaths).

Let’s make therapy feel like it belongs to you.

Jesse Lamm

Hi, I’m Jesse — quite possibly your future favorite laid-back therapist. If you’re hoping for someone who sits stiffly in a chair, nods solemnly, and says things like “Hmm” and “How does that make you feel?” on repeat… you may have wandered into the wrong part of the internet. I’m much more of a “let’s get comfortable, be real, and maybe laugh while we figure life out” kind of therapist.

I believe therapy works best when it feels human. Not clinical. Not cold. Not like a chore. More like talking with that one friend who actually understands you — except with a lot more training and far fewer chaotic opinions. I’m open-minded, flexible, and deeply invested in helping you navigate whatever’s on your plate: anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, big feelings, identity exploration, messy relationships, or that vague but persistent sense that something is definitely going on even if you can’t name it yet.

My clinical heart lands in a few places. I am passionate about trauma work and helping people understand how their past shapes their present without letting it dictate their future. I use a lot of DBT skills in treatment because they’re practical, grounding, and genuinely life-changing for folks who feel overwhelmed by emotions or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break. I also have extensive experience working with LGBTQ+ clients and supporting all individuals through the layers of identity, belonging, relationships, and self-understanding that come with growing into who you are.

Therapeutically, I’m relaxed, collaborative, and curious in the best way. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. We’ll figure out what works for you — whether that’s structured tools, deeper conversations, reframing that inner monologue that won’t shut up, or celebrating the wins that feel small but actually aren’t.

I’ve been doing this work for about six years, since completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at North Dakota State University. I’ve worked in both inpatient residential programs and outpatient clinics, collecting a wide range of skills and a pretty solid sense of humor along the way. On the home front, I’m a proud dog dad of two — one delightfully easy child and one wonderfully complicated one. Balance matters to me, so outside the office you’ll usually find me staying active, wandering outdoors, exploring new restaurants, shopping, or hunting down good coffee. And if I’m home, there’s a decent chance I’m on the couch with the dogs, watching trashy reality TV or getting absorbed in a video game.

If you’re looking for a space that’s supportive, judgment-free, and occasionally sprinkled with sarcasm and humor (because sometimes we have to laugh so we don’t cry), I’d love to work with you. Let’s make your mental health journey feel a little lighter — and a lot more human.
