Emily Meyer

 Emily is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. She is certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). Emily is also certified in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy through the O.K. Corral Series. She received her Master's Degree in Community Counseling with a certificate in Chemical Dependency Counseling from St. Cloud State University. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from North Central University. 

  Emily works with children, adolescents, adults, and families to offer support for a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, attachment, relationship stress, and adjustment. She also has experience working with transgender teens. Emily is trained in trauma, grief and loss, chemical dependency, and autism spectrum disorders. 

She enjoys helping clients find healing, while offering empathy and encouragement. 

Emily also is excited to offer Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy to enhance connection and growth.   

Emily uses a person-centered and experiential approach to support clients' unique strengths. She is passionate about empowering every individual to be their authentic self and to feel encouraged in reaching their goals.  

Outside of the office, Emily loves riding her horses, hiking, paddle boarding, and spending time with her friends and family.
